Q: How do I become a subscriber of MedTech Strategist?
A: You may click on any of the “Subscribe” buttons on MyStrategist.com our visit our store.

Q: How much does a monthly subscription cost?
A: We have a variety of packages to choose from; please visit our store to select which package best suits your needs.
Q: What does my subscription include?
A: This is dependent upon which package you choose to subscribe to; view our package options and what they entail.
Q: When I become a subscriber of MedTech Strategist, do I also get access to the Market Pathways articles?
A: If you subscribe to our Elite Strategist package, you will have access to both MedTech Strategist and Market Pathways. If you choose to subscribe only to MedTech Strategist, you will not receive access to Market Pathways.
Q: How often do new articles get published?
A: We publish a new issue of both MedTech Strategist and Market Pathways each month.
Q: How do I find the latest article published?
A: Once you are signed into your subscriber access, depending on which publication you wish to see the latest article from, simply click on either “MedTech Strategist” or “Market Pathways” at the top of the page and once the web page redirects, you’ll see a button that says “Latest Issue” on the main header image.
Q: Will I get a notification via email of the newly published articles?
A: If you are an active subscriber you will receive an email notification with links to the latest issue, along with a summary of each article within the issue and a link to each individual article.
Q: How do I go about finding a specific article I'm looking for?
A: In the top right hand corner of the screen, regardless of which page you are looking at on MyStrategist.com, there is a search bar to help you find a specific article.

A: The e-newsletter will be sent to your email on file with your subscription.

Q: Why is nothing happening when I click the “sign in” button?
A: This is most likely a cache problem. Please try refreshing your browser and you should see your name appear in the upper-right hand corner. If that doesn’t work, please try signing in with your new password on another browser—preferably one that you’ve never tried to sign into MyStrategist.com. If you are able to get into the system, then it was a cache problem. To use your preferred browser moving forward, clear your cache and sign in again.

A: In the upper right hand corner of the page, there should be a button that says “Sign In”

A: Go to sign in. Enter your email address and click “continue”; when you are asked to enter your password, there is an option below that says “Forgot Password”

A: Please contact us by scrolling to the bottom of your page and clicking “Subscriber Help” under “Connect” and filling in the help form.
Q: How do I change my password?
A: You must be logged out of your user account to change your password. Once logged out, click the “Sign In” button on the upper right-hand side of the page and enter your email address, then click “Continue.” Below the “Password” entry field that now appears, click “Forgot password?” You will be redirected to a Password Reset page asking you to enter your email address once more. Once you click submit, and email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.
Q: What if I have trouble accessing my account?
A: Please try refreshing your browser and signing in again. If that doesn’t work, please try signing in on another browser—preferably one that you’ve never tried to sign into MyStrategist.com. Q: How do I view MedTech Strategist articles?
A: At the top of your open MyStrategist page, on the blue bar you will see “MedTech Strategist” between “Browse” and “Market Pathways”; if you click on it, it will take you to the MedTech Strategist publication home page, where you can begin browsing through articles or view the latest issue/past issues.
Q: How do I view Market Pathways articles?
A: At the top of your open MyStrategist page, on the blue bar you will see “Market Pathways” between “MedTech Strategist” and “Blog”; if you click on it, it will take you to the Market Pathways publication home page, where you can begin browsing through articles or view the latest issue/past issues.
Q: How do I view blog posts?
A: At the top of your open MyStrategist page, on the blue bar you will see “Blog” next to “Market Pathways”; if you click on it, it will take you to the Blog publication home page, where you can begin browsing through MedTech Strategist Community Blog posts.
Q: How can I search articles?
A: If there is a specific article you have in mind, you can click on the “Search” key in the upper right hand corner next to your subscriber log-in. You may also “Browse” articles by category and/or topic by clicking the “Browse” button at the top of MyStrategist.com. If you click the “Browse” button on the Home, MedTech Strategist, Market Pathways, or Blog main image, you can narrow your search by Issue, Category, and/or Topic, search by keyword, or select the order if which you would like articles to appear.
Q: How do I bookmark an article?
A: When you are browsing articles in “Toggle Image” you will see at the bottom of the article box, below the summary, there is a bar that reads “Bookmark.” You can also bookmark from within an article that you are reading— above the article feature image, on the same line as the social media link shares, there is a “Bookmark” button that you can click to save the article for later viewing.
Q: Where do my bookmarked articles get saved?
A: You may view your bookmarked articles by clicking on your subscriber login in the upper right hand corner of MyStrategist.com and select “Bookmarked Articles” in the dropdown; this will take you to all of your bookmarked articles.
Q: How do I unbookmark an article?
A: Go into your bookmarked articles and click the trash icon next to the article under “Action”; this will remove the article from your bookmarked articles.
Q: Can I view all three publications at once?
A: You can browse articles from all publications from the Home main navigation page.
Q: How do I get back to the main navigation page?
A: Click the home icon in the upper left hand corner of the page you are on.
Q: Do I need to login each time I go to MyStrategist.com?
A: The system will remember you for 30 days when you click “remember me” after entering your password.
Q: How do I read more articles from the same author?
A: If you are in an article and want to read more articles from that author, you can either click on the author name at the top of the page which will take you to the author’s bio and has an option to “Read all from this author,” or if you scroll to the bottom of the article you are in you will see an option to “Read all from this author.” You can also search the author’s name using the search option in the upper right hand corner of the page for a drop-down list of articles by that author, or go to “Browse” and type the author’s name into the keyword bar.
Q: How do I view past issues of MedTech Strategist or Market Pathways?
Q: Can I share articles with friends/colleagues?
A: You may share articles with friends/colleagues, but they will need to have a subscription to view the article.
Q: How do I share articles I find interesting across social media?
A: When you are in an article, at the top of the page underneath the title there are buttons to share the article on Facebook, LinkedIn, or Twitter; you must be logged into the social media account you want to share the article on, and it will autogenerate a post or direct message for you to share with the article, to which you can add your own caption as you would any other post on that platform.
Q: How do I view more articles like the one I’m currently reading?
A: On the right hand side of the article there is a “Related Content” section which lists out similar articles; underneath of this there is a “Related Topics” section for you to view other articles dealing with the same topics covered in the article you are currently reading.
