• Promotion of your participation on our social media platforms and bi-monthly newsletter leading up to the event

• Pre-schedule 1-on-1 meetings with attendees using the conference mobile app.

Cancellation Policy:

The last day to cancel your participation for a refund (minus a $300 processing fee) is March 29, 2025.   After that deadline you may send another delegate from your company. 

In order to have the best mix of early-stage companies and investors registration to this event is controlled and open to all qualifying companies.  The organizers reserve the right to restrict and limit attendance.
